All items are shipped within one business day with a tracking number via USPS. Signature is required on certain items for insurance purposes. International Shipping All international orders will be shipped via Fedex for safety & security at a convenient flat rate of $75. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. All items purchased from TAGWatch.store are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. In the rare instance that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item for a refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 30 days of first receiving your item. Item must be in the same condition as it was received, and include all original booklets, box & packaging. Any signs of wear, water damage or alterations will result in the withholding of your refund. Special order items, such as items we do not have in our warehouse or items that have been customized, are non-returnable. Purchases made via Credit Card, PayPal & WIX Payment: These 3rd party processors will no longer refund sellers the transaction fees on refunds. As a result of this policy beyond our control, all refunds for returns or cancellations from TAGWatch.store will have this 3% fee deducted from your refund. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase, filing for a refund, or asking for a cancellation. 97% of your original purchase price will be refunded to you. All products are subject to a fee of up to 10% if the product has been worn, used, or abused. The fee can be more in circumstances where the item has been returned damaged. All watches sold by TAGWatch.store are covered by our in-house warranty for a period of 30 days after purchase. Watches that lose time, gain time, do not change day or date, or have any other signs of not working properly will be serviced under our warranty program. The TAGWatch.store warranty does not cover any damage resulting from water damage or physical harm. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover polish for the watch case, any damage to crystal, band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles which are a result of normal wear and tear. Any lost parts of the watch, including stones, are not covered in our warranty. Any damage incurred as a result of exceeding the limitations of the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines will not be covered with the warranty. Any third party repairs, outside modifications, or customizations will void the warranty.
